Tomorrow we leave for a family vacation in Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. Hoping for a last glimpse of the young hawks, I went outside, camera in hand. And there in the cypress tree were Curly and Moreen, clinging for dear life to the swaying branches. Curly is a small, sleek little hawk, probably a male.
Moreen is quite large, always moving about, and vocal. Larry was nowhere to be seen… maybe he will always be on the far side.
